Struggling with gift ideas this year? This is the answer to your problems! Quick and easy to do, and a great way to impress your friends and family! You can make them as a lolly pop or eat them as they are! Wrap them up in cellophane and watch their faces as they open on Christmas day! Their incredibly cute, a perfect stocking filling and such a meaning full gift! Enough talking; I better get on making all my friends and family one!

Ingredients:

Makes 6

100g White Chocolate 

12 Mini Candy Canes

White Sprinkles

 

  

 
 
 

Method:

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of hot water. (See video below how to melt chocolate)
  2. On some greaseproof paper, place 2 mini candy canes together to form a heart shape. If your making it into a lolly pop, place a lolly pop stick (I used a cake pop stick) into the gap at the bottom of the 2 candy canes, placing the end of the stick into the middle of the heart.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate into the centre.
  4. Sprinkle the white sprinkles on top and leave to cool! Enjoy yourself or as a gift!
