Chocolate Finger Bites
300g milk chocolate
3 boxes of milk chocolate fingers
8 digestive biscuits
- Melt the milk chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir until melted, remove from the heat.
- Crush the digestive biscuits and add them to the bowl of melt chocolate. Mix well until all combined.
- Lay half the chocolate fingers upside down in a grease proof baking square baking tray. Pour the milk chocolate mixture on top, spreading it out evenly. Place the reminding chocolate fingers on top, right way up. Leave to set overnight or in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy!
