Toffee Apple Chocolate Bark
Chocolate, honeycomb, and apple; perfect combination creating this mouth watering nibble! Absolutely love it, I don’t want to share it with anyone! Perfect for this time of year, Bonfire night! Bonfire night always reminds me of toffee apples, but that gets a bit boring year after year and once you’ve eaten all the toffee from around the edge your just left with this healthy apple; there’s no fun in that!!! This recipe is perfect; toffee apple mixed with chocolate! Can it really get any better then that? So quick and easy to do; why not surprise your guest with this at your next bonfire party? They will all be talking about it the following day, and not those toffee apples!!
200g Milk Chocolate
100g White Chocolate
5 Dried Apple Rings
25g Honeycomb Pieces
- Melt the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of hot water until melted. Repeat with the white chocolate in a separate heatproof bowl.
- Cut the dried apple rings into small pieces and stir into the milk chocolate. Then add the honeycomb pieces and stir.
- Pour the milk chocolate into a tin. Add the white chocolate, creating a marble effect with the spoon. Just be careful you don’t stir it in too much you loose the effect!
